Mobility
Deluxe Sock Aid — Molded Sock Helper with 31" Adjustable Cord & Foam Handles
Product description
Ease of use: This sock aid is simple to operate — stretch a sock or stocking over the contoured plastic cradle, insert your foot, then pull the attached cords to slide the sock up.
Comfortable grip: The unit includes foam-padded handles that cushion the hands while pulling. The lightweight molded plastic body and soft grips reduce the need to bend or strain during use.
Adjustable length: The set comes with 31-inch cords that can be adjusted to accommodate different user heights and reach. The length helps users pull socks up while seated.
Fits most socks and people: The design is intended to work with regular socks and longer styles; it’s a one-size tool that suits most body shapes. Because it is molded plastic, it holds the sock open so it’s easier to get the foot in place.
Customer confidence: The maker provides product support aimed at making the purchase low-risk, and the device is promoted as a simple mobility aid for those who need help donning socks.

Awkward with very large socks
I wear a size 10.5 but bought extra-large socks; it was a real struggle to get those over the device. Even with full hand strength it took a long time to get the sock partly on so I could finish by hand.

Excellent for anyone who has trouble leaning forward to pull socks on. Very practical.

Poor for tight compression hosiery
Not useful for pressure stockings — hard to position the socks and the cords are awkward for seniors with arthritis. Returned it.
