ASA TECHMED 60-inch Gait Belt — Patient Transfer & Standing Assist
Product description
What’s included: one 60-inch gait belt suitable for adult patient transfers and ambulation.
Materials and build: Constructed from soft yet durable nylon webbing with reinforced stitching for regular use. The belt features a lightweight plastic quick-release buckle designed for easy fastening and unfastening by caregivers.
Size and fit: Measures sixty inches long to accommodate a wide range of waist sizes and to provide secure handholds during standing, walking, or repositioning.

Practical for managing instability
Inexpensive, effective way to stabilize someone with balance issues. Slip it around the waist, use the rear grip to steady them. Physical therapists also used similar belts during visits.

Dark, slim, and strong
Wanted a belt that wouldn’t contrast with black scrubs. This one is thin, black, very sturdy, easy to put on, and feels well made. Expect it to last.

Good overall with minor tweaks needed
Sturdy material and firm clasp. Recommend leaning with hips and knees. Would benefit from added anti-slip so it grips clothing better. I use it to move my father after his strokes.
