Yum Asia Panda Mini Rice Cooker — Ninja Ceramic Pot & Fuzzy Logic (3.5‑cup)
Product description
This compact electric rice cooker includes everything needed to start cooking right away: a 5-layer, 2 mm-thick Ninja ceramic-coated inner pot with etched rice level markers, a steaming basket, a rice measuring cup, a rice spatula and a soup ladle, plus an instruction manual.
The cooker uses advanced fuzzy-logic (AI) control with digitally managed 7-phase 3D surround heating to follow seven programmed stages during rice preparation, producing better texture, aroma and doneness. There are specific settings for white/long-grain, short-grain/sushi and brown rice, plus a quick-cook option; rice functions include a 10-minute countdown and a keep-warm mode.
Beyond rice, the unit offers multi-cooker functions such as steam, porridge, slow cook and cake baking. A 24-hour preset timer lets you delay cooking so meals are ready when you want them. The bright LED display and Korean-designed 'Smart Button' control panel make selection simple while the white-and-gray kawaii-inspired housing keeps the look modern.
Sized for small households, it holds 3.5 cups of uncooked rice (about 0.63 litres) — suitable for one to three people. It runs on 120V, 60Hz and comes with a detachable US power cord. The manufacturer backs the unit with a two-year warranty.

Good starter cooker
My first rice cooker and it does the job really well. Simple to operate and it cooks dumplings nicely too.

Tuning water levels paid off
My first rice cooker and it works wonderfully in my tiny apartment. I had to adjust water measurement — using the included cup instead of the pot lines fixed mushy rice. Now it makes nearly perfect rice and is much more convenient than stovetop.

Turns out perfect rice every time
Makes fluffy rice with almost no effort — removes the guesswork. I tried a few models and this one consistently delivers. Use the included measuring cup for best results. Cleans easily and looks neat on the counter.

Remarkable difference from stovetop
First rice cooker for me and the improvement over stove cooking is striking. Faster cook times for one cup of basmati, very fluffy results, and the keep-warm holds rice without drying. I appreciate the two-year warranty and available parts; only worry is long-term wear on the latch or coating.

Mini Panda = culinary adventures
Exactly what I wanted — terrific rice, easy cleanup, and compact for my small kitchen. I’ve made congee and steamed vegetables already. As a former personal chef I researched widely and this model offers presets, keep-warm and a preset timer. Customer service responded quickly when I asked a question.

Excellent for one or two
Loved testing jasmine, brown and wild rice — all turned out well. Very easy to operate and ideal for one or two people.

Tiny cooker, big versatility
Cute and the 3-cup size fits my family. Basmati, calrose and brown rice all came out with good texture and no overflow. The slow-cook worked faster than my crock pot, and I even sautéed onions in the inner pot before adding rice. Made a quick chicken curry using the steam setting — very adaptable.

Really pleased with performance
Was hesitant about the cost but wanted a non-Teflon option. I found I needed about a half cup more water than the booklet suggested to avoid slight browning on the bottom. The keep-warm works well — rice stayed fine after long periods — and the 10-minute countdown is a useful touch. No problems so far.

Perfect for dorm life
Wished I had this earlier in college — far easier than an electric hot pot. No constant watching for boil-overs, easy to clean, and compact. After testing at home I highly recommend it for students and small spaces.
