Disappointed by staining
It grills and keeps heat well, but after multiple washes a sticky stain stayed on the flat side. Heavy to handle. I ended up returning mine.

Good overall but mind the oil
Solid cast-iron quality. I wish it extended across both burners — I bought the medium and should’ve gone larger. The shallow edge means you need oil or spray; without enough fat things can stick. No long handle either, so you must wait for it to cool before detailed cleaning.
