Braun MultiQuick 5 Immersion Hand Blender — 350W with Beaker & Whisk
Product description
Braun is recognized as a leading hand blender brand by independent sales research. This model employs the patented PowerBell system: a bell-shaped blending shaft paired with ultra-hard stainless steel blades to reduce suction and draw ingredients inward for finer, smoother results.
SplashControl technology complements the PowerBell shape by minimizing splatter during use, keeping counters neater and cleanup easier. The unit runs on a high-precision, German-engineered motor delivering 350 watts of power, balanced for steady operation and long life. Two speed settings plus a Turbo option give control for gentle mixing up to high-power blending.
The MultiQuick 5 uses Braun’s EasyClick accessory system so you can quickly attach or remove accessories. The package includes the PowerBell blending wand for use directly in pots and pans, a tall mixing beaker for smoothies and batters, and a whisk attachment for eggs and emulsions. Components that contact food are stainless steel where applicable for durability and hygiene.
Ergonomics were considered in the design: a soft-grip, slip-resistant handle makes extended use comfortable and buttons are positioned for easy reach. Intended uses span blending, puréeing, whisking and basic crushing or mashing — a compact tool for everyday kitchen jobs.
Pros
- Powerful 350W motor with Turbo mode
- PowerBell head reduces splatter and improves texture
- EasyClick system and useful included accessories
Cons
- Measuring marks on the beaker can be hard to read
- Basic two-speed control may limit fine adjustments

Solid blending stick
Well constructed and not overly loud. I prefer this over a full-size blender for many tasks.

Does the job well
I debated between models and though I wanted cordless, the cord isn’t an issue. Very powerful and easy to detach for cleaning. Two-button control keeps operation simple—pureed a large pot of veg in minutes.

Excellent basic immersion blender
A solid, no-frills blender with the essentials. The metal bell keeps liquid from surging up container sides and won’t degrade like plastic. Great for frothing coffee or smoothing sauces and reliably built.

Powerful and dependable
Owned for a couple of years. Great for whipping cream—results are thick and smooth and cleanup beats a mixer. Also pureed soup and made mayonnaise successfully. After two years it still works well. One issue: the beaker warped in the dishwasher; try the top rack and remove before drying.

Muy buena compra
Funciona perfectamente.

¡Maravilloso!

Good early impressions
I’ve used a KitchenAid stick before and this feels similar. Bought it for smoothies and used it only twice so far. The two-speed motor is strong; the unit and jar clean easily and feel sturdy. Controls and release buttons are convenient and the cord length works well. I haven’t tried the whisk. My main gripe is the jar’s volume markings are very faint and hard to read.
