Horse Hoof Pick with Brush — Soft-Touch Ergonomic Handheld Cleaner
Product description
This handheld hoof pick combines a reinforced metal pick and a stiff cleaning brush into a single 2-in-1 tool intended for routine hoof maintenance. The metal pick is built for strength and to reach grooves and the area around the frog, while the brush sweeps away finer dirt and bedding.
The tool features a soft-touch, ergonomic handle that delivers a secure, non-slip grip even when hands are wet or cold, helping to reduce hand fatigue during repeated use. The handle includes molded contours for finger placement and an integrated hanging hole so the pick can be stored on hooks or pegboards between uses.
Constructed from durable materials to stand up to daily barn and trailer environments, it’s lightweight and compact enough to fit in grooming totes, tack boxes, or a trailer compartment. Use it to remove packed mud, small stones, manure, and debris before and after riding, turnout, or farrier work.
Beyond hooves, the brush is useful for cleaning riding boots, work footwear, tack, and other barn gear. Suited for horses and ponies, it’s a straightforward tool for owners, grooms, farriers, trainers, and stable staff who want a dependable, easy-to-use hoof cleaner.

Solid, Comfortable Tool for Everyday Hoof Care
This 2-in-1 pick makes daily hoof cleaning quick and safe. The heavy metal pick breaks up packed dirt and stones while the stiff bristles sweep the remaining debris. The soft-touch handle gives a secure, non-slip grip and cuts down hand fatigue during multi-horse chores. Sturdy build and a handy hanging hole make it a staple for barns and farriers.

Poor balance in hand
Doesn’t feel balanced when I hold it.

Compact pick with a reliable brush
Simple but effective: the brush stays rigid when cleaning tight areas and the pick is made from thick metal that gets the job done. Grooved handle adds ergonomic comfort for longer use. A small, dependable hoof pick that feels well-built.

Good value, minor handle placement quirk
Well-made and likely to last. The pick edges are rounded compared to sharper alternatives, which feels safer around the frog. Bristles are firm and clear out debris easily. My only gripe is the finger grooves sit where they reduce leverage if held the intended way, making you pull dirt toward you rather than pry it away. Overall effective for the price.

Pick works well; brush could be tougher
Comfortable to hold and the metal pick performs reliably. The plastic bristles, however, tend to splay and lose effectiveness sooner than I’d like—something I’ve seen with similar tools. I bought it mainly for the pick side and that part meets my needs; I’d buy another for backup.

Exceptionally durable pick
One of the most rugged picks I own. Very sturdy with a firm brush and an ergonomic grip. The length and leverage feel off for my smaller hands, and the handle’s square sections can press into the palm when prying. Still giving it top marks for durability.

Much more comfortable than older designs
I used to avoid these because the bristles jabbed my hand, but this one’s handle is wider and longer, so it’s much comfier to grip. The metal edge breaks up packed clods while the stiff brush clears finer bits for a better view of the frog and shoe. Feels heavy-duty and likely to hold up to regular use.

Comfortable, practical grooming addition
A useful tool for the grooming kit. The soft-touch handle is easier on the hands than hard plastic picks, and the metal pick clears packed mud well while the brush sweeps away smaller debris. Lightweight yet durable for regular barn use.
