Shipped in a small box and put together in minutes. Adjustable length is handy. Works fine so far.

Mixed experience with two sizes
Bought both the 8 ft and 12 ft models. Materials seem decent and the 12 ft went together easily. The 8 ft had a plastic collar that stopped the sections from joining. The paperwork advised emailing support but I waited several days with no reply. Frustrating when one unit won’t assemble.
