Small but indispensable

Stiffer plastic — excellent for dough and worktops
These are firmer than a silicone spatula, which I like. They flex enough to follow a bowl but are great for cutting dough and scraping my work surface when making pasta. The curved side slices dough well and the flat side scrapes like a blade. Easy to wash and very useful.

Comparison with other bench scrapers
Both this set and some restaurant-grade scrapers handle crumbs and batter well. The curved top on this one is gentler and the corners are rounder, which helps clean pan rims. The edges are slightly more tapered; functionally they’re similar and both wear over time.
