Coin Sorting Tray & Tube Kit — 4 Trays, 4 Tubes, 100 Wrappers
Product description
What's in the box: four stacking coin sorting trays in matching colors (green, red, blue, orange), four coin-counting tubes that pair with the trays and a pack of 100 flat coin wrappers—25 each for quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies.
Construction and materials: The trays and tubes are molded from impact-resistant ABS plastic for rigidity and repeated use. The wrappers are made of kraft paper designed to hold standard U.S. coin rolls.
How it works: Arrange the trays in order and pour coins onto the top tray. A gentle shake and light fingertip nudging moves smaller coins through the holes into the trays below, leaving the larger denominations on top. Transfer each separated denomination into the matching tube.
Rolling coins: Slide a paper wrapper over the tube and let the coins feed into it. When the coin stack reaches the tube’s fill slot, slide the wrapper down to complete the roll and fold the ends closed. The set is intended for manual sorting and rolling without power tools.
Usage notes: The color-coding makes denomination recognition quicker, and the open-tube design simplifies loading wrappers. The kit is suitable for home use, small retail counters and back-office bank tasks where a compact, non-electronic solution is preferred.
Pros
- Sturdy ABS trays and tubes
- Color-coded for faster sorting
- Includes 100 kraft paper wrappers
Cons
- Wrappers are flat and need manual shaping
- Denomination printing on plastic is subtle
- Requires some practice to speed up
VerdictThis manual coin sorter kit is a practical, low-cost way to separate and roll mixed change. The ABS trays and tubes feel solid and the kraft wrappers are standard quality. It speeds up coin handling without electronics, though the flat wrappers take a little extra patience during rolling. Good for households, small businesses and anyone who prefers a simple mechanical solution.

Does the job
Build quality feels solid and the fillers are easy to use. I wish one end of the rolls came pre-formed, but the supplied wrappers work fine. The denomination markings on the trays are faint but present.

Useful and educational
Good purchase. Simple to operate and kids enjoyed helping while learning about money. I prefer pre-formed rolls, though.

Good value once you learn the method
I had a huge jar of mixed coins and wanted to avoid paying for a machine. Stack the trays smallest-to-largest, tip coins into the top and help the little ones through the holes. Put each separated denom in its tube and slide a wrapper over the coins once the tube slot fills. Takes a bit of practice but is effective.
