Silk Dual-Color PLA Filament 4-Pack — 1.75mm, 200g Spools
Product description
Four-color bundle: The package includes four individual spools of dual-color silk PLA, each weighing 200 g for a total of 800 g. The dual-color strands shift between two hues along the filament, letting small models and decorative prints display multiple tones without manual filament changes.
Material and finish: This product is made from PLA with a silk/shine modifier for a glossy surface that enhances visual depth and light reflection. The dual-color formulation is aimed at decorative and craft prints — Easter items, holiday ornaments, cosplay accents, and other visually driven projects benefit most from this filament.
Dimensions and tolerance: Filament diameter is 1.75 mm with a precision tolerance of ±0.02 mm to help ensure steady flow through common FDM hotends. The moderate rigidity and consistent diameter make it compatible with a wide range of printers built around 1.75 mm filament systems.
Printing behavior: The silk PLA is formulated to feed smoothly and melt cleanly, producing good shape retention and layer appearance. It resists obvious warping on typical desktop prints and generally avoids bubbling or clogging when run within sensible temperature ranges and with clean hotend setup.
Support and service: The maker provides technical guidance and customer support for their filament line. If you need troubleshooting tips for temperatures, adhesion, or drying practices, help is available to address printing questions and ensure satisfactory results.
Pros
- Attractive glossy, color-shifting finish
- Precise 1.75 mm diameter with ±0.02 mm tolerance
- Four 200 g spools for immediate variety
Cons
- Spools are small for large projects
- Can be sensitive to temperature settings
- May require drying or tuning to avoid clogs
VerdictThis four-spool silk PLA set is a fun, eye-catching option for makers who want multicolor effects without swapping filaments. It feeds smoothly on most machines, delivers a glossy finish, and is suited to hobby projects, seasonal decorations, and visual prototypes. Be mindful that each spool is 200 g, so larger projects may require multiple spools or swaps. Overall a creative and reliable choice f

Perfect for a young maker
Bought this for my 10-year-old grandson who loves 3D printing. He adores the changing hues and the shiny finish makes his toys pop. The pack has four 200 g dual-color spools and it printed well for him, though favorites can run out quickly due to the smaller spool size.

Smooth feed and consistent adhesion
Good multi-roll value that has stayed reliable over time. Smooth feeding and decent bed adhesion make this an easy recommendation for silk finishes.

Love it — enthusiastic recommendation
Fantastic results for me. Colors matched expectations, packaging was charming, and the extras were a nice touch. I’ll reorder from this brand.

Entertaining color-shift effects
Used it on my Ender‑3 clone and the color changes are neat — temperature and handling shift the tones. Prints were consistent with no clogging, fed smoothly, and stuck to my magnetic plate most of the time; I sometimes used a bit of adhesive for long prints.

Shiny and beginner-friendly, with caveats
Very glossy and tough when cooled. Easy to install and heat-resistant, though we experienced some clogging that required a heat gun to clear hardened blobs. Good value overall.

Great budget option for prototypes
The online photos showed a bluish tint but I received a plain gray — not a dealbreaker. I use this as an inexpensive PLA for fit tests and prototypes; it prints well in my K2 Plus and gives acceptable results for non-critical parts.

Temperamental with longer prints
I dried the filament first and got a small pendant to print fine, but longer runs clogged my nozzle halfway through. Adjusting temps helped briefly but repeated longer prints failed, so I’m pausing on this filament for larger jobs.

Great colors, would like larger spools
No complaints about print quality or hue range. I’d buy this again but would prefer bigger spools for bigger projects.

Good choice to experiment
Four spools in one pack make it a nice set for trying different color blends and effects.

Nice sampler, watch temps
Some colors can char near their high temperature limits and it can clog if you use the top recommended settings. At lower temps it prints beautifully, but monitor for blockages.
