5–80 lb Adjustable Dumbbell Set — 16-in-1 Quick-Change Weights
Product description
This pair of adjustable dumbbells covers 5 to 80 pounds per dumbbell in 5 lb increments, replacing 16 pairs of fixed weights so you don’t need a full rack for a complete program.
Each dumbbell uses solid steel plates and a forged steel handle with deep knurling (approximately 1.3") for a secure, no-rubber grip. The plates mount and release on a low-profile PP tray that shields floors and keeps everything organized.
Weight changes are made on the tray with a one-second dial selector across 16 settings — no pins or loose collars. The mechanism is designed so the dial operates only when the dumbbell is seated, and a double-lock system keeps the plates secured even at the 80 lb setting.
The kit includes two adjustable dumbbells and two matching cradle trays. Footprint for each tray is compact (approx. 17.44" × 8.98"), making this set practical for small spaces and multi-use rooms.
Use them for supersets, drop sets, overhead work, rows and explosive movements; just set the dial, lift and train. Note that the stacked plate profile can feel bulkier than traditional hex dumbbells for some close-contact motions.
Pros
- Wide 5–80 lb range with 16 increments
- Solid knurled steel handles for secure grip
- Fast dial changes and compact storage trays
Cons
- Bulky profile can limit some close-body exercises

VerdictThis adjustable dumbbell set delivers a broad 5–80 lb range in 5 lb increments with rapid dial changes and secure double-lock retention. The pure steel knurled handles give a reliable, nonslip grip and the compact trays shrink the footprint of a full rack. Expect occasional bulkiness for certain close-in moves and plastic trays that feel lightweight, but overall the set is durable, convenient, and

Careful when adjusting
Secure and sleek with good grips. If you lift while turning the dial they can jam; I used a mallet to free one. Otherwise excellent.

Handy, tray could be sturdier
Does what it should and is very space-efficient. Trays feel a bit flimsy, but otherwise I’m very pleased.

Mostly fantastic, slightly bulky
Works well for most exercises but they’re larger than standard dumbbells, which limits some close-in moves. Thick handle and smooth dials. Keep a few fixed weights for special angles.
